BACHAR QC (pronounced: Bah-KHAR) comes from the Hebrew word “Bachar” (בָּחַר) meaning “to choose,” “to select,” or “chosen. ”That meaning is the foundation of everything we do. At BACHAR QC, we believe customers deserve to receive the right products, the right quality, and the right experience every single time. This company was created from a real and personal frustration. After years of using grocery and food delivery services—especially during and after the COVID era—I became increasingly disappointed by the number of mistakes being made. Rotten fruits and vegetables, damaged packaging, missing items, incorrect orders, poor substitutions, and products that clearly should never have reached a customer’s doorstep became far too common.

The reality is simple:

Just because someone can drive a car and deliver an order does not mean they understand quality, freshness, food selection, or customer care. Many restaurants and grocery stores are receiving negative reviews, not because they don’t care, but because overworked teams and fast-paced delivery systems leave little room for proper quality control.
